  • Soy/Rice Products
  • Whole Grains
  • Why Organic Foods?
  • Fruits and Vegetables
  • Alternative Sweeteners
  • Organic Meats
  • Cooking with Organic Herbs
  • Healthy and Fast Snacks
  • Culture Differences in Organic Foods

Also, the foundation holds public lectures featuring medical doctors, dieticians, and others who provide practical information to the public on issues of food safety, organic farming, and community-building. In addition, the foundation works with area schools educating young people on the benefits of eating natural foods. The foundation has special events in schools where booths are set up in lunch rooms and visits are made to classrooms so kids and teachers can pick up educational materials on organic farming and healthy foods while enjoying freshly prepared organic food samples.
